After I got the unhealthiest blogger award from a PRUhealth‘s event, ever since then I’m a little more conscious about my health and the food that I eat and exercise. After PRUhealth Sharing Session and Spa Massage we (kenny sia, kyspeaks, cheeserland, 5xmom, redmummy, snowxwhite, sixthseal…) went for health check.
