It has always been a priority of Astro to improve their product and service offering and meet the diverse interests and needs of our customers. Today, they are introducing AstroView, Astro’s new TV entertainment magazine, designed to give you a more entertaining source of programming information.
Unlike Astro Guide, you now have a choice of reading AstroView in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese. Furthermore, the content of each language version will be tailored according to the news and entertainment interests of its readers. As such, you are more likely to find stories and features that are relevant and enjoyable to you.
To celebrate the introduction of AstroView, you will receive a free copy of the magazine each month until February 2008. However, if you would like to receive the magazine for another 12 months for free (up to February 2009), simply complete the AstroView Magazine Subscription Form by January 31, 2008 to avoid delivery interruptions. If you require additional copies of the magazine, we shall be happy to send them to you for just RM4.80 a copy.

Do you think their marketing team is getting smarter and smarter? Now they also want to charge us for the Astro Magazine which is supposed to be free for all the subscriber all this while and now it cost us money now on top of what we are paying. So if you want to subscribe AstroView, please think about it before any action taken. =) Will the T&C say we must continue subscribe AstroView Magazine for 12months or can stop any time? I have checked and it doesn’t listed on the website.

I called Astro’s customer service and was told that we can cancel the magazine after the free period.
