Oooh yeah! I could only afford to own a KIA Forte 4 speed back then and not KIA Forte Koup but my lovely KIA Forte served me well from day 1 till now and I’m still loving it. If you know me and you surely know how much I love my KIA! That’s like a baby to me and it even has a name to it! “BOBI”
I ♥ KIA Forte Koup and you know why! Why? Don’t know? I will tell you now and just read thru along the way k! My life would not less interesting without owing this KIA.
If not because of this KIA Forte I would not have met her and would not have been gone thru what I had been till to date. I need a sexy ride for my Valentine’s Day so that I could be the attraction of the day from my dearest.
Very 1st Naza Kia Forte Owner Gathering @ Desa Park City
It was the very 1st Gathering of all the KIA Forte owner.
A bunch of KIA Forte owner and soon to be owner were gathered at Kluang Station Waterfront Desa Park City. It was a nice Sunday morning where everyone would like to ZzZZzZzzzz more but I sacrificed for my love, Forte. Gathering started from 10am-1pm, so I need to get up around 9 plus which is like a torture for me as Sunday not a working day and supposed to sleep till noon and till the sun beam my butt only get up. Haha.
We had a long planning for the very 1st Mega TT which involved almost all the pioneer owner of Forte in Malaysia! I also have setup a live broadcast which make us closer with all the Fortezen from all the different location and get to know each other better!
Kia Buzz – Our Mega TT was featured in the newspaper!
Mega TT @ Puchong Old Boy, Penang Auto City, Johor Danga Street Mall, was featured in TheStar newspaper today! Yes, we unite as proud Fortezen and we are still driving our car proudly and having Cargasm every moment! Check out the previous Mega TT post here.
MyForteClub 2nd Annual MEGA TT 2.011 – Forte + Koup!
Check this out, we are the same Forte family but of course KIA Forte Koup is much sexy and much attractive and we even use it as the main attraction in the poster.
Fortezens from Central, Northern & elsewhere flooded Penang @ 2nd – 3th October! A group of 20 Kia Forte convoy from Kuala Lumpur to Penang Island. Rawang R&R >>> Butterworth Ferry Terminal.
MyForteClub Charity Drive – Reward back to the society
Our very own MyForte Club Charity Drive initiated by fellow Fortezen (I’m one of them) was kicked off with a blast! Plans were in place to collect donations through any possible forms and to donate to approve orphanages home. We were targeting a minimum of 3 orphanages’ home comprises of various Malaysian races in the spirit of 1Malaysia.
This charity drive was kicked off at last 2 year ago early September and we have came thru a long way and we had successfully raised RM1,100 thru the sales of the Forte Cap. On 28th January, we have decided to channel our 1st fund that we had raised to The Spastic children´s Association of Selangor & Federal Territory, SCASFT. In the future charity drive we may select more home that need.
We not only love our car but we also care about the society and want to rewards back to the society. That’s what our intention and we will continue to workout more charity drive if we could.
Hmm… There’s much more to write but I can’t list all the Love that I have for my KIA. If you would like to know more, do head to http://www.myforteclub.com
I ♥ U
Need me to show more on how I love my KIA? Please allowed me to have a wonderful and unforgettable V-Day in the lovely and sexy KIA Forte Koup!
A daytime running lamp (DRL, also daylight running lamp or daytime running light) is an automotive lighting device on the front of a roadgoing motor vehicle, installed in pairs, automatically switched on when the vehicle is moving forward, emitting white, yellow, or amber light to increase the conspicuity of the vehicle during daylight conditions.
Are you looking for Daytime Running Light (DRL) for your KIA Forte Fog? I found two which is to replace the original Fog Lamp / addon to the Fog Lamp area which fit nicely! with the DRL. It’s kinda cool and unique! I’m planning to get one for quite sometime but still considering. Do you want one for yourself? =)
Type 1 : KIA Forte Fog Lamp Daytime Running Light (DRL)
This mod will required to take out the original Fog Lamp. ~ around RM600+-
With turning light (signal light) too!
See it actually take out the Fog Lamp and replace with this DRL which fit nicely! Looks very yeng and smart right? Awesome!
Type 2 : KIA Forte Fog Lamp Daytime Running Light (DRL)
This mod will not required to take out the original Fog Lamp but just additional layer on top of the Fog Lamp. ~ around RM720+-
This mod is only add additional layer on top and it’s only Daytime Running Light (DRL) without turning light (signal light) like the Type 1 above.
Which one do you prefer? Not sure will kena tax for this DRL or not. Bare in mind this is not those normal DRL that you can find in any accessories shop but this is custom fit to KIA Forte!
Not sure this only fit in 1st Gen Forte or Can also fit the Face-lifted Forte? If you interested would like to start a bulk and we will modify this poison together! What’s your comment? Nice? Not that Ah Beng right? Haha…

SCASFT Redevelopment Programme
The Spastic Children’s Association of Selangor & Federal Territory (SCAS & FT) was established 50 years ago with the objectives of providing hope for children born with Celebral Palsy (CP). There are only two other Centres like ours in the whole country dedicated to provide rehabilitations for spastic children; one is in Penang and the other in Johor Bahru.
The needs of CP children are very specific. Hence, we provide a big ray of hope for CP children. We encourage parents to bring their children to us at a very young age (even a few months old) and we provide life-long education, living skills and vocational training, sports training, occupational therapy and employment in our sheltered workshops. Our children have achieved many successes especially in the arena of sports for the disabled. They have brought honour to our country in international sports competitions for the disabled at the Paralympics, World and Asian Championships.
Some of the children have gained outside employment and are able to live independently. However the majority continue to work in our Sheltered Workshops at the Centre. This enables them to qualify for the government subsidy of RM300 per month for being employed.
The cost of running our Centre is about RM 2 million a year. While we are getting approximately 20% of our expenditure from the government, we have to continuously source for income from the public and the corporate sector. We are grateful to our supporters for their continuous support over the years.
The Association is now looking ahead and has drawn up plans to redevelop its 50 year old building into a twin six-storey building, with a view to provide:-
* Additional capacity so that we can meet the needs of the future. We expect that by the year 2020, we will need to cope with at least 2-3 times more CP children.
* Dormitory facilities, one for males and the other for females, for respite care to relieve parents who may have to attend functions and other engagements.
* Additional car parking bays, as the current car park has limited capacity.
* Additional space to generate revenue to ensure continued survival of the Spastic Centre.
We intend to name the new building “Bangunan Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah”. After our Royal Patron, DYMM Sultan of Selangor.
The Association’s current major task is to raise sufficient funds to carry out the above Redevelopment Programme, which is estimated to cost RM12 million. Looks like we are able to raise about RM6 million and we hope with the support of the private sector and the media, we will obtain the other RM6 million as a matching donation for the redevelopment project – in the not too distant future.
This model of the proposed redevelopment of The Spastic children´s Association of Selangor & Federal Territory (SCASFT) at No 14, Lorong Utara A, Petaling Jaya.
This will be the land for the proposed redevelopment of SCASFT.
Kenny, representing Fortezen, presented a cheque total of RM1,100 to Kimberly Yap.
Thanks to everyone who had participated in this drive and we will continue to work on the charity drive and will not just stop here. Always remember this phrase : “Celebrate the past, enjoy the present, create our future.”
The Power of Giving:
The power of giving comes from a selfless act – where you simply give from your heart. This act of giving is not tied to any special event – it is merely a time when you give from the heart because you want to share what you have, show your appreciation and you give because you truly care. There is no any other motive behind it.
You don’t give so that you can get something in return. You give because you want to. You are giving because you know and trust that you will always have what you want so you can afford to give something even before you receive what you seek. Giving is a part of human nature. That’s why when we do it we enjoy the process so much. We enjoy seeing the other person smile; we enjoy helping someone else in some small way.
We can’t just work, eat and sleep doing the same routine tasks but without doing something that’s meaningful in our live. It is about channeling the collective energy of the community in helping the less fortunate, disabled and underprivileged in our society.
Thank you for those who had support this charity drive! If without you this charity drive would not be a success.
Do you think your car is safe enough and don’t need any extra protection? I have installed this Locktech Double Locking System original from Thailand!
This is different from LockTact as LockTact is locally made and the quality is lower compared to LockTech but the price is much lower.
My car was the car that the expert from Thailand get to measure and come out with the correct size for our Forte! It’s been 5 months wait and finally LockTech for Kia Forte it’s now available in Malaysia!
Finally the actual LockTech for Kia Forte is available now!
It comes with 3 Keys and I don’t think that this key could be duplicated.
It’s not easy to install the LockTech and it takes time to do the installation.
It looks neat and nice right? It’s well designed. If you want to install this for yourself too, we have got special price for the Fortezen! Just show your privilege card or mention “saimatkong” you will get the discounted price!

Yes, it’s been 1 year+ since Naza Kia Forte launched in Malaysia around end of November 2009 and most ppl got their Forte around December 2009 – February 2010 for the 1st batch of the cars. It’s almost a year plus that I know all the Fortezen, it’s all friendly and fun ppl to mix with from all walks of life.
I’m glad that I made the daring decision to get Forte while most ppl around me still very reluctant to get Koren made car because of the past experience of stories, but now it’s been a year plus and more ppl getting more because of the features and reliability and most importantly is the exclusive and elegant outlook of the car designed by Peter Schreyer.
We had our very 1st MyForteClub Annual Dinner @ Carlton Holiday, Shah Alam. It’s the great kickstart of the year 01.01.11!
