Inside Scoop occupies only half-a-shop next to a laundry shop which was previously occupied by Little Wonton. This cosy dessert place is situated at Jalan Telawi 3, along the same row as Dip n Dip and Alexis Bistro in Bangsar.
The interior is simple with warm lighting and wooden flooring.
The simple board menu display behind the cashier counter. Basically you choose to have your ice cream in a cup, waffle cone or waffles.
Inside Scoop is clearly a heaven for sweet-toothed people. Inside Scoop serves a wide selection of fresh handmade ice-cream without artificial flavoring and preservatives with interesting flavors like Pistachio, White Choc Macadamia, XO Cranberry, Blueberry Cheesecake, Durian, Hazelnut, Valrhona Chocolate, Cempedak and more.
Double Scoop of Ice cream with Waffle
Pistachio, White Choc Macadamia & XO Cranberry
Both the wifey and I shared a double scoop of ice cream with waffle. We took half scoop of White Choc Macadamia & half scoop XO Cranberry as there’s not much of the white choc macadamia flavor left. However, from the photo, it looks like we’re having 3 full scoops 😀
Pistachio flavor: very smooth and rich in flavor. The waffle is light, crisp and absolutely delicious!
XO Cranberry flavor: reminds me of rum & raisin. Smooth and fruity with cranberry bits with a slight hint of alcohol. Don’t worry, you won’t get drunk!
White Choc Macadamia flavor: creamy, smooth and rich in white chocolate flavor.
Verdict: Ice cream is everyone’s favourite! Inside Scoop is a cosy ice cream joint to chill and treat yourself a scoop of ice cream. But trust me, a scoop is not enough here 😉 Service is friendly and I can’t wait to go back to try out other flavors 🙂
