Singapore make the perfect place to go for weekend getaways. Singapore offers a variety of yummy food, endless shopping opportunities and family-friendly places of attractions. We were in Singapore last year for a short travel trip.
Actually the main reason for visiting Singapore was for my brother’s Ph.D. Convocation at Nanyang Technological University and besides that, we tried lots of delicious Singapore food, shop till we drop and also explore some of the unique landmarks in Singapore. A big thanks to my awesome brother for having us and driving us around Singapore. We had a truly memorable Singapore trip. Looking forward to the next trip

Some interesting highlights of my Singapore trip:-
Congrats Dr. Kong! We’re all so proud of you
Have some fun time while waiting to check-in to The Foresta @ Mount Faber.
Dinner @ Crystal Jade Dining IN @ VivoCity.
Lovely view of Gardens by the Bay, one of the iconic landmarks of Singapore.
Come Singapore must try Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh (黄亚细肉骨茶)! Their peppery soup base is superb, similar to Malaysia’s pepper soup.
Time for some shopping! Singapore is a truly shopping heaven & even Aiden’s having so much fun shopping for his toy! Hehe
Enjoying Spanish frozen yogurt in Singapore! When we tried this, LlaoLlao wasn’t available in Malaysia yet and it’s so so nice that we thought it’ll be good if Malaysia have this! And now, there are a few Llaollao outlets around Malaysia already. Heh
Delicious dinner @ Sin Hoi Sai Eating House (新海山海鲜餐馆) @ Tiong Bahru.
Wild Honey’s a lovely place for delicious western breakfast.
Youve got to try this famous tau sar piah in Singapore, Loong Fatt Tau Sar Piah (龍發豆沙餅) @ Balestier Road.
A fan of angku kueh? Come over to Poh Cheu (寳洲手工制作筍粿红龟粿) @ Bukit Merah for delicious angku kueh in a variety of flavors. There’s peanut, coconut, red bean, mango, black sesame and even durian flavor. Yums!
It’s time to go home. Bye Singapore!!!! Till we meet again!
