藝人沈殿霞（肥肥）於2008年2月19日早上8時許，病逝於瑪麗醫院，終年61歲。 患上肝癌的沈殿霞，病情時好時壞，患病期間每天都得洗腎，甚至出現神智不清的現象。友人透露，「肥肥」日前已由瑪麗醫院深切治療部轉往私人病房，但病情並不樂觀。這幾天「肥肥」女兒鄭欣宜和她的外籍男友不斷到醫院探視，情人節當天，鄭的外籍男友特地送上紅玫瑰。 沈殿霞長期有糖尿病及高血壓，去年8月入醫院進行通膽管手術，隨後肝臟出現問題，醫院替她切除了六磅重的肝腫瘤。手術後，沈殿霞多次出入醫院治療，女兒鄭欣宜及鄭少秋也多次到醫院探望。 沈殿霞16歲開始做童星，從事演藝事業40多年來，做節目主持及參與唱歌，多線發展。沈殿霞1947年7月21日生於上海，因身材豐滿被圈內圈外暱稱為「肥肥」。沈殿霞以貓頭鷹式髮型、響亮的笑聲，以及貓眼黑框眼鏡為標誌，被譽為人見人愛的「開心果」。 未經證實的消息指，肥肥的遺體已移往沙田寶福山，而院方就一直未有就「肥肥」去世的報道發表任何意見，有傳是因為受到家人的要求而致。...
