Peter’s Pork Noodle stall is located in Restoran One Sentral which is diagonally opposite the YMCA and Pos Laju Building (near Nu Sentral) at Brickfields. I was told that Peter’s Pork Noodle is one of the best in town, so I really gotta try it out! You can choose the noodle combination for your pork noodle such as yellow noodles, koay teow, bihun, mee suah or lou shu fun (rats rail noodle). There are two variations: dry or soup version. Another plus point is we didn’t wait that long despite the crowd. I remember waiting for an hour for my pork noodle at Ooi Noodle House in SS15, Subang and that turns me off! The broth is really sweet and has a generous amount of ingredients such as minced pork, pork slices, vegetables and crispy lard. Yum!!! Verdict: Peter’s Pork Noodle at Brickfields is definitely one of the best in town. You can have it dry or with soup; I love the soup version as I love sipping the sweet porky broth.
