FEEKA Coffee Roasters at Jalan Mesui is a relatively new cafe by the same people behind Food Foundry and Butter + Beans at Seventeen. This cafe is located next to Palette Palette and along the same row as No Black Tie, Table 23 and Limablas Restaurant.

The cafe’s concept is inspired by the Swedish word ‘fika’, which means taking a coffee break with some food. With this concept in mind, FEEKA serves freshly baked pastries, cakes, sandwiches, light meals and of course, good coffee.

The cafe has a clean and simple interior with an industrial vibe. The cafe is surprisingly spacious with tables neatly set apart from each other.

FEEKA is running on two menus; an all-day breakfast menu and an all-day menu which starts from 12pm onwards for both lunch and dinner.

Duck Sandwich (RM18.00)

The Duck Sandwich consists of two slices of alpine seed bread toasted with BBQ pulled-duck filing, green apple slices and orange mayonnaise, accompanied with French fries. The bread is nicely toasted and crispy while the fillings are incredibly flavorful.

Salsa Seabass (RM21.00)

This is pan seared seabass served with tomato salsa and smashed potatoes. This Salsa Seabass may be a simple dish but it’s truly appetising.

Piccolo Latte (RM10.00)

My cuppa Piccolo Latte which resembles a mini latte.

Flat White (RM10.00)

This cup of Flat White is decent. Oh, in case if you didn’t know, FEEKA uses Coffex Coffee 😉

p/s: For those planning to visit FEEKA at night, do park your cars at Parkroyal Serviced Suites parking instead of parking in front of this cafe as there would be people collecting RM10 from you illegally. So, it’s better to park at the Parkroyal parking to save the trouble and be safe.

Verdict: FEEKA is truly a hidden gem at this happening area in KL. With nice food and comfortable environment, FEEKA makes a great place to chill with a good cup of coffee and cakes.
