In conjunction with the year-end festive season, Tiger Crystal, the limited edition and refreshingly different brew from Tiger is back again for the second consecutive year.
Tiger Crystal provides distinctively refreshing moments for consumers who are looking forward to try something different. This time around, Tiger Crystal collaborates with Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar to demonstrate authentic Italian cocktail food paired with the refreshingly crisp, easy drinking lager. I was honored to be invited as a guest and I get to enjoy all the good food with the limited edition Tiger Crystal Beer!
Featuring an inspiring menu specially designed by the restaurant’s Italian chef, this food pairing session is conducted exclusively to bring to light a unique experience for all the beer aficionados in Malaysia.
Sea bream carpaccio with tomato tartare and Tiger Crystal reduction – RM5
Coffin Bay oyster with poached quail egg and smoked caviar – RM10
From bottom to top: Smoked lamb loin in parsley crust on braised capsicum – RM8 EACH, yellow tail king fish seasoned with Tiger Crystal – RM6 EACH, Italian veal cheek braised with Tiger Crystal on sweet potato puree -RM8 EACH
Spaghetti with asparagus fresh tomato and broad bean topped with “Robiola Ai Tre Latti” . The topping is a mold-ripened cow, sheep and goat milk cheese from the Langhe region in Italy. It’s really awesome! – RM15 PER PORTION

Overall I very like the food and it’s really fresh and something new for me to taste such food together with Tiger Crystal! Something Special to me! Worth to try! Remember these are all special dishes and it’s on special request and must make reservation before hand!
