Tao Authentic Asian Cuisine located in Sunway Giza is the upscale restaurant that offer All You Can Eat Japanese Buffet with full table service, focusing on quality rather than on price. The restaurant includes specialties such as Japanese, Chinese, Thailand, and other foreign or ethnic food.

Tao have introduced ALL U CAN EAT BUFFET in Penang since year 2006. The buffet concept offer somewhat unlimited service with customer’s food ordering from the menu provided at the table. With the unlimited choices customer can order any items from the menu and they can repeat order without any limits until to dinner satisfaction. The menu has more than 130 dishes to choose. It’s now come to Petaling Jaya(PJ)!

Sushi, Sashimi, Salad, Dessert…

The place where you order your teppanyaki, be sure to bring along your table number clip so that they could deliver to your table when it’s ready.

Customers will be enjoy varieties of food from the menu and it’s fresh. If you go in a big group be sure to tell them how many portion do you want if not they will just assume and give you large portion that you might not be able to finish it! Just check out what we had, the pictures tell a thousand story, but although the price is ok, I only like the teppanyaki, the sashimi and sushi is on average only. Maybe you should try it and let me know what do you think?

Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant located at Solaris Mont’ Kiara, right above Cold Storage. Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant was opened only a week ago and currently running a promo lunch which is priced at RM29.90++ for 1st hour, additional RM10 for the subsequent hour or RM49.90 ++ for the entire lunch session; meaning from 11.30 a.m. till 4.00 p.m.

The restaurant was HUGE, and was told that the restaurant occupies around 30,000 sq feet including al fresco dining area

sweet coconut drink.They also have other cold drinks such as fruit juices and iced lemon tea.

an extensive choices of floral tea to choose from; calendula, lavendar, rose buds, blueberry, forest berries and etc.

big fat juicy fresh oysters lying on the bed of ice the oysters later.

The sashimi s. thick and chunky cuts of the salmon, swordfish and tuna.

Apart from the variety of cooked food at the buffet table, there are many hot dishes available upon request. Each table was given 2 clips with your table number on it. For example, if you want grilled salmon head, all you need to do is to put your clip into the little bowl with the ‘salmon head’ tag and they will cook it and bring it over to you.

There is a western corner too but it failed to ignite my interest. The early batch gets to savour the juicy roasted lamb roll. Mint sauce that goes with the lamb was good. Once the roll was gone, it was replenished with seafood pizza. So please be early!

Mochis….so many flavours, spoilt with choices.

They serve Haagan-Daz ice-cream

Dip dip dip…the breadstick and fruits for the chocolate fountain.

Yuen Steamboat – crazy for chicken wings

They have a wide variety of vegetables, chicken balls, meat balls, squids, fish balls, beef balls, whatever balls, u name it, you can find there. They even have escargo. The most famous dish here is their Chicken Wing! To get a bite of it, you have to be really alert, as the moment it’s served, sight of ppl rushing to it will be seen! People will start queuing when it’s about time for the arrival of the tasty Chicken Wings. You have to taste it u visit this buffet style, Yuen Steamboat Resaurant. If you miss it, u’ll have to wait for the next round and fight for it.

See the video above for yourself how crazy are the ppl there for the Chicken Wings. For me, I think they go Buffet Chicken Wings rather than the “Real Steamboat Buffet” =p Don’t shoot me, but it’s real fun seeing them fight for the Chicken Wings.

On top of that, they provide desserts as well, kuih-muih, fruits and also some ice-cream. You’ll have a complete meal there. Warning, do not take too much if you can’t finish. Just take the portion according to your ability because if there’s waste they will charge you for that.

You have to make reservation before. If you are walk in customer be sure to reach there early, if not at least 1-2 hours of waiting time =)
