This was my 2nd time buying Dell product online. The first time was Dell E228WFP 22″ Wide Screen LCD, it was a good experience but this time was bad. Something not right! I tried using 3 different Credit Card from different bank and Debit Card too but also failed. It’s so troublesome for me and I need to call the bank 1 by 1 to check whether there was a transaction for it or not if not I will be in trouble of paying RM599 * 3 and not getting anything for it because failed.

I went thru it for 4 times using different Credit Card from different banks and thinking something wrong with their Credit Card payment so I select Cheque / Bank Draf… mana tahu it’s the same result! Wasting all my time and effort for this, and that’s not all, I have to call all the bank to make sure there’s no transaction went thru also to safeguard myself. I wanted to contact them thru phone but was greed by “Thank you for calling Dell, our call center are now closed…”, so I have no choice but to submit them an email hopefully they will reply. The cart was save in my account and I can still see RM599 Dell Mini 9 once I login to my account!
