This time Avira antivirus came out with a brilliant idea to promote the antivirus in order to standout from their competitors, like Kasperky who had Jackie Chan as their spokes person.
They hire few models with nurse outfit, mini short skirts, to have a theme for their antivirus products and it attracted all the guys or photographers to the booth and hence it created a huge crowd and to promote their product. Good job!
Do you use the tunnel near Aman Suria and Tropicana Seafood, Tropicana Gold Club? If yes then you will feel the pain everyday when you have to bare the jam. Moreover the traffic light in the junction is forever rosak. Every time you pass by, you will only see yellow light blinking. Which will make the matter worst without the traffic light and you will see ppl start to jump queue and do not give way etc.
The other traffic light after the tunnel nearer to Tropicana entrance is the worst thing ever. It will make the traffic stand still just to give way to those big boss staying inside Tropicana Resort and it will make the jam even worst.
But in order to solve the problem, they built a new tunnel which is for traffic from Tropicana to Aman Suria / Dataran Prima exit to LDP, now each way will have a dedicated tunnel. Although the traffic will be a bit smoother but did they considered about the possible problem that might arise now? I foresee that accident will happen. Then all the minister will start to gather there and all the reporter will take photo of all the minister point at the junction or the tunnel? Do something please.
This is the u turn, this is because the new NKVE Tunnel can’t let you turn right like the old tunnel. Now all the motorists have to u turn further up in the road.

Although they just announced today that there’s no sales charges for this AS1M but I forsee there’s no queue or so much havoc like the previous ASM and ASW2020. Moreover all the uncle and aunty taken out all their money invest in those two funds and not forgetting about Sukuk Simpanan Rakyat (Gov. Savings Bond).

PNB: No sales charge for AS 1Malaysia unit shares
KUALA LUMPUR: No sales charge will be imposed on the sale of Amanah Saham 1Malaysia which will be opened for public subscription tomorrow.
Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) president and group chief executive Tan Sri Hamad Kama Piah Che Othman said this was despite the provision for the imposition of sales charges. He did not give the reason for this.
Hamad said AS 1Malaysia, an equity income fund, could invest up to 90% from its value in the equity market.
He added that it was expected to generate competitive returns when the economy and market fully recovers.
“For example, Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 and Amanah Saham Malaysia which are both fixed price equity income fund has provided income distribution of between 6.25% to 8% in the past five years, which is comparatively higher than the prevailing fixed deposit rate of commercial banks,” he said.
The RM10bil AS 1Malaysia would be open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above.
The minimum initial investment is 100 units and the minimum additional investment is one unit. The price of one unit is RM1.
Units will be available for subscription at all Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad branch offices and agents nationwide including Maybank, Pos Malaysia, CIMB Bank and RHB Bank.
Transactions at ASNB Offices and Pos Malaysia will be from 8am to 4.15pm. Transactions at ASNB agents will be from 9.15am till 4pm to 4.30pm depending on their respective operating hours.
Investments in cash, bank draft and banker’s cheque made payable to the account holder or Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad are accepted at all ASNB offices and agents.
Yesterday when I was reading TheStar newspaper, suddenly I saw Jackie Chan holding Kaspersky software wearing a helmet. I have no idea why Jackie Chan will come into the picture till I watched the ads below. He’s like a fighting hero to Antivirus. lol.
Jackie Chan now become spokesman for Antivirus Kaspersky software. On a Segway. Punching computer viruses. While wearing a helmet that says Kaspersky. Haha that’s funny. No movie so have to take on advertisement?
Do not go to Kuala Lumpur today if it’s not necessary. If not you will be stuck in jam or you will be caught as suspect of protester? Better be safe than sorry. =)
KUALA LUMPUR: Police have set up roadblocks leading into the city to counter any anti- or pro-Internal Security Act (ISA) rally.
The affected roads are Jalan Tun Razak, Taman Connought, Jalan Loke Yew, Jalan Travers and other entry points.
Stern action would be taken against anyone who defied the police order, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan.
He said policemen would be screening motorists and apologised if it inconvenienced the public.
“All those planning to attend the gatherings must be prepared to face stern action from us regardless of whether they are for or against the ISA.
“We will not compromise as far as security is concerned,” he said.
The Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA (GMI) has planned to have 100,000 people march to the Istana Negara to hand over a memorandum urging the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to dissolve the Act.
Some of the gathering locations include Masjid Jamek, Kompleks Sogo and Masjid Negara.
Another group known as the Pembela Negara Federation of Non-Governmental Organisations Council (Magaran), which supports the use of the ISA, had said it would hold a counter rally to send a memorandum supporting the ISA to the King if GMI did not cancel the gathering.
Magaran claims it comprises 56 NGOs with more than 100,000 members
