My Statements offers electronic account and bill statements online via Maybank2u.com. View and print or save your account statements to your own computer instead of receiving printed statements in the mail.
Effective Monday 21 April 2008, Maybank2u.com registered users will be able to view the following statements online:
• Maybankard Credit Cards
• Trading Accounts - Maybankinvest and Aseambankers
Statements that are available in Maybank2u.com:
Products - Statements Available Online
Credit Card - Current month + 2 previous months
Maybankinvest (Monthly Statement) - Current month + 2 previous months
Maybankinvest (Daily Statement) - 30 days
Aseambankers ( Monthly Statement) - Current month + 2 previous months
Aseambankers ( Daily Statement) - 30 days
This function enables you to view:
My Statements
Lists available statements, date and month ending balance
Statement Summary
Displays your full monthly statement
Statement Details
Displays your transaction details for the account cycle or month
Download/Print
Print your statement or save it in Adobe *.pdf format (Adobe Acrobat version 7 & above required).
Note: There is no Print/Download function for Maybankinvest Monthly Statements. It will be mailed to you.
How to view My Statements?
Login to Maybank2u.com and select “My Statements”* in the left menu. You are required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Access to My Statements before viewing your electronic statements.
*Account statements may be updated at different times of the month according to account type and not necessarily on the 1st of each month.
Online Banking => Account Summary shows your real time account balance
My Statements =>Home shows your month-end statement balance
