1a) New card subscription
Step 1 Dial ##1111 to get system SMS.
Step 2 Proceed to Customer Service counter on ground floor @ 1Utama (new wing) to collect new ONECARD + RM5 parking rebate.
Step 3 Show SMS to Customer Service personnel to redeem ONECARD + RM5 parking rebate.
1b) Existing ONECARD user
Step 1 Dial ##1111 to get system SMS.
Step 2 Proceed to Customer Service counter on ground floor @ 1Utama (new wing) with a DiGi friend (who doesn’t own a ONECARD) to collect new ONECARD + RM5 parking rebate. Any DiGi subscriber with existing ONECARD can also extend the offer to another DiGi subscriber.
Step 3 Show SMS to Customer Service personnel to redeem ONECARD + RM5 parking rebate.
2) After ONECARD subscription / purchase
Step 1 Dial ##1111.
Step 2 System sends SMS with discount notification.
Step 3 Proceed to selected stores to get discount upon purchase.
