Is SMART Tunnel smart enough ?
I would say not yet. If the answer is yes it would already prevent flash flood in kuala lumpur (K.L) few days back and now it’s causing lost. “Traders bemoan losses, thousands start mopping up” after the flash flood sunday afternoon.
I hope the RM1.9bil Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel Project (SMART) will be able to sever it purpose and solve this and no flash flood would every occur again and no one would have to suffer.
Please act fast and it will prevent …

yeah man, wasted so much money and effort into building that doesn’t seem to serve any good when we most need it *disappointed*
